Will you travel to my location?Travel is included up to 50 miles round trip from zip code 93433. $1 per mile (each way) will be charged for events beyond the 25 mile radius. Clients will be responsible for any required venue or city permits.

How much space do you need?We can setup for small or large events ranging from single or multiple table setup including pop tent depending whether, guest size and food requirements.

Is there a minimum guest/hour REQUIRMENT?Our base quote is for at least 10 people for 2 hour serving time as the minimum. We can service parties that are less than that but our quote will be for the base minimum.

How long does a catering set up take?We will arrive approximately 2-3 hours before your event start time and setup takes about 30-40 minutes. Cooking usually on-site can be about 1-2 hours. Depending guests and food requirements.

Can I decorate the caterers tables myself?While our work space needs to be clear of anything that can either catch fire or contaminate the food, we will gladly work with you to decorate tables and place settings to match your event theme.

Is a DOWN PAYMENT REQUIRED to book with us?Yes, we require a down payment and an email confirmation to secure your date. The remaining will be due 30 days prior to your event along with final guest count and any changes.

This price gives you a base cost to every plate you'll be buying. The per-plate cost usually only goes up from there, so be sure the average cost is something within your price range to begin with. How much are your food tastings?Tasting the food is a surefire way to find out if we can live up to our claims - however, before committing to anything, look at our reviews and I encourage everyone interested to book to look for my bad reviews because I have so few to none. That can help save time and money but if your still interested we would be happy to help. Depending on the event estimate the starting per-person is 150$+

What are your packages?This is such a common question and I love to say no not really, just because I believe in custom menus to fit any event needs whether it’s a Taco bar or Buffet menu it’s all up to your theme of your specific event.

How much does it cost for children's meals?We as caterers know some little ones don’t eat a lot but some growing children do. It's important to know who is coming to your wedding. I always ask how many kids and what age group. When booking sometimes you're better off getting food for them but we can always adjust the servings with your clients.

What is your payment policy?You have to make payment in advance, it’s a great question to understand the payment schedule to be prepared.

Are tips included in the final estimate?Lots of clients get confused and compare services fee with tips services fee is something completely different. We are believe tips should always be an open option for our clients at the end of the event because clients will want to tip if you certainly deserve it.

What is your refund/cancellation policy?We state in our contract the first deposit is non refundable but the last payment 30 day before your event we can cancel but if full payment was already made and we accepted 100% of the payment and still want to cancel after the 30 days we will only return 30% to cover all staff, materials and insurance used for booking.

How long does it take your staff to set-up and break down?This really depends on how big the guest size is and what food items, our average time is 2-3 hours before and after depending if we need to clean a kitchen or take down our portable kitchen.

What are your overtime fees?This is a crucial question in case things get delayed at the event. We don’t really have any additional charges for overtime in fact we expect delays and are always prepared for the worst.

When do you need the final guest count?We will need to know the final guest count close to the event preferably within 30 days so that we can manage everything beforehand and create an accurate number of servings.

How many weddings do you cater per year?This will allow you to assess how experienced we actually are. We generally do 10-15 in the wedding season. Some may be off season but that’s the average amount we accepted before and hopefully more in the future. We also do a lot of birthdays, corporate and religious events.

How long have you been in business?The more the experience a catering company possesses, the better they will be able to deliver! But that might not always be the case for us. We have been in business for 1 year but I have 3 years of experience with other catering companies. At the end it’s all about how much passion we put into our events.

Some venues only allow certain caterers, while other venues will charge you extra for choosing caterers that aren't on their list of favorite caterers. It’s sad that that’s a reality but hopefully the venue makes the event about your choice and respects the trust you have with us. Definitely talk to the venue first.
